Soaring Together believes that meaningful employment is the first step toward independence for all people with disabilities. Our NDIS Employment Support Services help people with disabilities achieve sustainable employment, no matter whether you are a school leaver, want to change jobs, or start working again. We understand that getting into work can be challenging and overwhelming, but you do not need to navigate this alone! Our Employment Services team will guide you through all aspects of the employment journey with compassion and clarity, including personalised NDIS mentor support and access to structured NDIS mentoring programs to help you gain confidence and succeed in your chosen career.

What is meant by NDIS Employment Support?
NDIS Employment Support is essentially the same as tailored services provided by the National Disability Insurance Scheme for the purpose of helping people with disabilities find, explore, and remain successfully in quality jobs after school. The services we provide include School Leaver Employment Support (SLES), Training to Job-Ready Programs, and Confidence-Building, Career Planning, among others, based on your individual needs and desires.
